Consistency is king (or queen!): Aim to hit your goal at least 17 out of the 21 days. No pressure, just progress! You can start anytime. The day you start is when your 21 days begin.

Track your wins: Use our handy tracker (Download it here) your favorite app, or whatever method works for you.

Score sweet rewards: Complete the challenge, and you'll be entered to win a $21 Bowl & Blender Gift Card! We’ll be holding a drawing every time we receive 10 entries.
